We have a very strong core team of pre-scrutinizers (Technical Assessment Team– a layer between our sourcing team and customers’ hiring team.) having very rich experience of more than 20-25 years in their respective fields who will thoroughly scan and evaluate the candidates for their required skill set for a particular assignment. Our POC’s presence at customer location during walk-in drives will closely work with Hiring Manager and Technical Panel to ensure maximum footfalls and conversion. Our internal team will ensure timely release of offers, two pronged BGV process, Induction, onboarding and post-joining issues.
